Each user is permitted to maintain only one active 777db account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777db account. You must keep your login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential. • You must update your account information promptly if any of your registered details change.
• You must notify 777db support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 777db will never contact you by phone or email to ask for your full password. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• Account balances are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, gifted, or sold to another person.

777db accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All deposited funds are credited to the Player's Real Money Balance and are available for use on all 777db games and betting markets.

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed in real time and credited instantly upon confirmation.
• Bank transfers via HBL and UBL may take between 1 and 3 business hours to reflect, depending on banking system processing times.
• SadaPay deposits are credited within minutes of transaction confirmation.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following on-chain confirmation, typically within 15–30 minutes.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your account.

777db does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are outside 777db's control. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 777db payments team and processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.

• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 4 to 24 hours of submission during business hours.
• Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically completed within 2 hours of approval.
• Bank transfers to HBL and UBL may take 1 to 2 business days to arrive, subject to inter-bank processing times.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are dispatched within 4 hours of approval and arrive following on-chain confirmation.

777db offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 777db reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

All bets and wagers placed on 777db are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market in question. General betting rules applicable across all 777db products are as follows:

• All bets must be placed before the relevant market closes. Late bets will be rejected or voided at 777db's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. Current limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or human error resulting in an incorrectly offered price or outcome, 777db reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). Abandoned matches are settled as void unless specific rules state otherwise.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators or live dealer action. All results are final once a game round is completed.
• 777db reserves the right to limit maximum winnings per bet, per day, or per player at its sole discretion, and will communicate such limits within the relevant game or betting interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777db platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 777db platform to gain a financial advantage.

All content on the 777db platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand names, text, user interface designs, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777db or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777db platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights over any part of the platform.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from any 777db content without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 777db intellectual property will result in account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777db and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 777db platform or any of its games and services.

• 777db does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions may cause temporary unavailability.
• 777db is not liable for losses arising from delayed deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or blockchain network congestion.
• 777db is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings obtained on the platform. Players are solely responsible for understanding and meeting any applicable tax requirements in their jurisdiction.
• In all cases where 777db is found to be liable, the maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which account access and deposits will be suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they may have a gambling problem may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected period.

• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months, following written notice to the registered email address.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon account termination for reasons of rule violation, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where termination is due to inactivity or voluntary closure, Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus Balances are non-refundable upon account closure in all circumstances.
